Please be aware:
These cabins are in the woods and there are many insects, including ticks, wood roaches, and mosquitoes. There are also animals that you shouldn’t be friendly with, to name a few: squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, deer, coyotes, bobcats, snakes, and cougars. If you leave any food outside, animals will come, so please keep all food items inside.
By submitting a reservation, you are verifying that:
- You are 21 years or older.
- You are responsible for all lost, stolen, or damaged content including the cabin itself.
- You are aware of the $25.00 returned check fee.
- You are responsible for all damage from pets. (must be house trained, stay off beds and furniture & be friendly to people and animals).)
- Only the number of specified guests is allowed in the cabin.
You are also aware that Skyline View Cabins, LLC are not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal contents of guests at the cabin.
- Any actions you or your guests take or do while staying at the cabin or its grounds.
PAYMENT:
- We have the right to cancel any reservation made without completed payment.
- All payments must be secured by credit card, even if paying in advance by check.
There is NO SMOKING in the cabins:
- If removal of smoke odors is necessary, a $25.00 fee will be added to your charge.
- Rates may fluctuate with Season.
CLEANING POLICY:
- Wash all used dishes (leaving in drainer is fine)
- Take trash to outdoor cans, and be sure lid is fastened tightly.
- Wipe down all counters and tables.
- Clean any spills on floors or carpet
- Place all dirty towels in hamper or in tub.
- $25 fireplace cleanup (or you can clean it yourself)
NOISE POLICY:
- Guests come to Southern Illinois to enjoy the piece and tranquility, not to hear their fellow guests!
- Noise is to be kept to a minimum!
- Those interested in having parties or gatherings are required to rent both cabins.
